Over the next 4 weeks, you'll complete 3 exercises of the day (EOD) for 30 seconds each, repeated for 3 rounds. This all-level program focuses on core stability, strength, balance, power, and flexibility. Using bodyweight, resistance bands, and dumbbells, the challenge progresses weekly to help you build a stronger, more flexible body. Perfect for all fitness levels, with modifications provided. Let's get stronger together! 3 exercises per day, 30 seconds each, 3 rounds - Rest Between Exercises:: 15 seconds - Rest Between Rounds:: 60 seconds - Equipment Needed:: Resistance bands, dumbbells, and a stable surface (like a chair or bench). ::Weekly Focus:: Week 1: Foundation & Core Stability Focus: Establishing a strong foundation with basic movements and core engagement. Week 2: Strength & Balance Focus: Building strength while incorporating balance work. Week 3: Power & Agility Focus: Developing power and agility through dynamic exercises. Week 4: Full-Body Strength & Mobility Focus: Combining strength with mobility for a well-rounded finish.
