Service Description

Get Loose is a restorative stretching class for all levels, designed to increase joint mobility and range of motion, improve posture and limb circulation, and relieve muscle and back pain.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be done at least 30 minutes before the appointment/class time to be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be given if cancellation is made after the specified time.
