1 lb. (450g) lean ground turkey
0.4 oz. (10g) fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2.1 oz. (60g) apple, diced
1 tbsp. avocado oil
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked & chopped
1.4 oz. (40g) onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. dried thyme
2 tbsp. tamari
1 egg
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 2: Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, add the ground turkey, fresh rosemary, diced apple, avocado oil, cooked and chopped turkey bacon, finely chopped onion, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, dried thyme, tamari, and the egg. Mix until well combined.
Step 3: Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into 24 even-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
