  • 4 fl oz. (120ml) tomato sauce

  • 1.4 oz. (40g) shredded zucchini

  • 1.4 oz. (40g) spinach, chopped

  • 4 oz. (115g) cottage cheese

  • 1.4 oz. (40g) cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Fresh basil, for garnish


Instructions:

2 slices bread

  • 4 fl oz. (120ml) tomato sauce

  • 1.4 oz. (40g) shredded zucchini

  • 1.4 oz. (40g) spinach, chopped

  • 4 oz. (115g) cottage cheese

  • 1.4 oz. (40g) cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Fresh basil, for garnish


Instructions:

Step 1: Prep the Ingredients

  • Mix the tomato sauce and shredded zucchini in a bowl.

Step 2: Assemble the Toast

  • Spread the tomato sauce and zucchini mixture onto the slices of bread.

  • Top with chopped spinach, cottage cheese, and halved cherry tomatoes.

Step 3: Cook the Toast
