  • 8 fl oz. (240ml) coconut milk, carton

  • 1 oz. (30g) vanilla plant-based protein powder

  • 2 tsp. honey or 1 date

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp. ground flaxseed


Instructions:

Step 1: Blend the Ingredients

  • Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 2: Serve and Enjoy

  • Pour the smoothie into a glass.
